Our Story
We are a husband and wife team who met in high school. We have known each other for more than half of our lives and love to watch each other grow and evolve.
We have both always been entrepreneurs and have envisioned owning our own business since we were young.
Taylor comes from a family of painters, both commercial and residential, and spent a lot of his young adult years on construction sites.
Ashlee helps brings the vision to life with her background in art, design, and executive assistance.
Together, we have gone through extensive real estate education and discovered the limitless possibilities by bridging the worlds of real estate and construction.
Our vision and path forward was Ignited.

Meet the Team
Taylor - Owner | Lead Project Manager
As Owner and Lead Project Manager, Taylor oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and helps guide projects from planning through completion. His practical construction knowledge, leadership, and ability to bring people and moving parts together are central to Ignite's approach.
Ashlee - Owner | Executive Assistant
As Owner and Executive Assistant, Ashlee supports the financial and administrative operations of Ignite while helping coordinate the many details that keep the business and its projects moving forward. Her ability to connect creative vision with organization and strategy is an important part of what makes Ignite unique.
Robert - Superintendent
With a background in sales, project coordination, and business development, Robert brings strong communication and relationship-building skills to the team while helping manage projects, develop new opportunities, and connect Ignite with the people and properties we can serve. Robert also supports the company's marketing and SEO efforts as Ignite continues to grow.
Jeff - Superintendent
Jeff has a specialized background in roofing and extensive experience leading teams and managing field operations. As Ignite's roofing expert, he brings valuable technical knowledge, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to every project. Jeff helps ensure that projects are organized, efficiently managed, and completed with a high standard of quality.
Grayson - Superintendent
Grayson brings a broad range of hands-on experience and practical knowledge to the Ignite team. An all-around handyman, he is comfortable working across a variety of projects and helping solve problems as they arise. Grayson brings a flexible, hardworking approach to the field and plays an important role in keeping projects moving forward.
